Applicable Fees: Lender, Brokerage and Engagement fees, Legals, Valuation(s) (if applicable).
Term for Companies, Businesses, Trusts & ABN holders – Min 1 month up-to 12 months.
Term for Loans in personal names – Max 62 days.
Amounts: $50,000 – No limit.
Amounts for loans in personal names: $200,000 – No Max.
Max LVR: Varies from lender to lender – no set limits but typically 75% & 80%.
Locations: All Capital Cities, major Coastal Areas & major Regional Towns.
Valuations we will, at time of your initial enquiry, advise if a valuation is required and type of valuation required.
Valuation types include: Sworn, Exempt, Desktop, Agent Appraisal & Kerbside. BYO considered
Exit Plan (paying back of loans): Refinance, sale of asset/stock, working capital, inheritance, outstanding work/invoices, commissions due.
Loan Purpose – documentary evidence not required. Starting a business, business bond, business taxes, purchase or investment in business assets, business stock, business equipment, business invoices, purchase of shares, refinancing a margin loan.
